The Senior Engineering Manager will set the technical direction, ensure engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business goals. Primary Responsibilities: โข Single point of contact for project development โข Sprint Planning and Execution with efficiency and quality โข Collaboration with onsite product management on setting backlog priorities โข Team management and mentoring โข Inculcate processes to improve product engineering (development and quality) Responsible for career development of engineering staff members, including: โข Identify and facilitate training for the team โข Recruitment and monitoring of the career development of team members โข Goal setting, measurement, and assessments โข Cross-project collaboration for improved productivity Desired Skills and Experience: โข 14+ years of experience with at least 4 years in engineering management and have managed multiple programs in parallel. โข Bachelorโs degree in engineering from a reputed institution. โข Strong knowledge of system design and creating distributed systems in a public cloud. โข Strong technical background in technologies like C#, .Net core, Microservices, React/ Angular, and SQL Server) with a minimum 5 years in web-based application development. โข Knowledge of GIT will be an added advantage. โข Strong knowledge of Cloud Managed hosting services like AWS is required. โข Should have working knowledge of Application security & performance. โข Should have led scrum teams and have a proven track record with Agile Product Developer. โข Should demonstrate Initiative and drive โข Superior communication skills (written and oral) About Aurigo: We at Aurigo are revolutionizing how the world plans, builds, and manages infrastructure projects with Masterworks, our industry-leading enterprise SaaS platform.
